The Long Wheel Base Hi-Top Transit van provides the extra space that’s needed compared to the standard Transit van. The LWB has an internal length of 10’8″ (3.2 metres) and height of 6’4″ (1.9 metres), so there is extra room inside for the 3 piece with gross payloads up to 1737kg allowing them to accommodate up to 4 Europallets.
Long wheelbase transit vans are perfect for taller or longer loads. Driving a Long wheelbase van should not be a problem for most car drivers and even new LWB drivers should get to grips with it quite quickly. All our LWB vans have large, clear wing mirrors, power steering and car-like gear sticks plus the seating position is higher than a standard car allowing the driver better visibility.
Our LWB transits are suitable for smaller flat moves and will accommodate a standard double bed. If you are needing to move more (or perhaps a kingsize bed) then our Luton Box Van may be a better option.

NOTE: There is a £10 surcharge on all vans and all Lorries for the weekend.
