Booking Form Information

PLEASE READ BEFORE COLLECTION

All booking payments are non-refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

What you MUST bring on the day of collection:

• Full Driving licence

UK Licence Holders: You must provide a DVLA licence check code so we can verify your licence for insurance purposes at collection. Alternatively, you may bring a printed copy of your DVLA licence summary.

EU Licence Holders: Full driving licence and valid passport.

Non-EU Licence Holders: Full driving licence, International Driving Permit (if applicable), and valid passport.

• Credit or debit card in the main hirer/driver’s name for the refundable security deposit (taken at collection).
• Additional proof of address dated within the last 2 months (e.g. bank statement, utility bill, council tax bill, or phone bill).

⚠️ We cannot release the vehicle without all required documents

Please allow a minimum of 2 days’ notice for van bookings as they can get booked up in advance, or contact the relevant branch directly to confirm availability.

All quotes are valid for UK Mainland hires only. For continental or surrounding British Isles hires, please contact us for a separate quotation.
