New Malden - Grafton Road (NMGRA1)

As your reservation ends, please ensure that you are within the designated Bay area and parked in a valid parking space.

Our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, allowing the app to confirm whether you’ve returned to the bay. If you attempt to end your hire outside the designated area, the system will notify you and prevent the hire from concluding until you return to the appropriate location.

Be aware that exceeding your reservation time may result in additional charges.

If you find that your bay is taken or unavailable upon return, please park in a different bay as close as possible to the one you have chosen and let us know via email.

Grafton Road Parking

This bay is placed on Grafton Road. If you are coming from New Malden Station then you must come out onto Dukes Avenue. Once you are on Dukes Avenue then you need to cross the high street (where the round about is) and then you will come onto Grafton Road. Keep walking along Grafton Road and as you approach Avenue Road on the left, you will see your allocated bay on the left side (prior to the turning onto Avenue Road). If you are coming from the high street then you must take a left at the round about onto Grafton road.

As you’ll see in the photo above, there is a portion of the road which is highlighted in blue – This indicates where you can park the car. Due to the chance of the bay being preoccupied, we have made the area bigger to allow customers to park without facing any further issue. Above the blue space, you’ll see there is an orange area – this area is prohibited, meaning that you can not park the vehicle here. In this instance, please stick to Grafton Road and stay as close as possible to the bay referenced in the right photo if unavailable. If you do end up having to park outside of your bay, then please do email us so that we are aware.
