New Malden - Branch Parking (NMKEN1)

As your reservation ends, please ensure that you are within the designated Bay area and parked in a valid parking space.

Our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, allowing the app to confirm whether you’ve returned to the bay. If you attempt to end your hire outside the designated area, the system will notify you and prevent the hire from concluding until you return to the appropriate location.

Be aware that exceeding your reservation time may result in additional charges.

If you find that your bay is taken or unavailable upon return, please park in a different bay as close as possible to the one you have chosen and let us know via email.

New Malden Branch Parking

This bay is placed outside of our New Malden Branch, on Kingston Road. If you are coming from New Malden High Street then you must approach the roundabout which takes you to Kingston Road. When you reach the roundabout please take a right so that you are on Kingston Road. Once you are on Kingston Road, follow the road in the direction of Kingston Station. As you make your way up the road, please stay on the left side of the road and after you have passed park road – you will see the branch on your left.

As you’ll see in the photo above, there is a portion of the road which is highlighted in blue – This indicates where you can park the car. Due to the chance of the bay being preoccupied, we have made the area bigger to allow customers to park without facing any further issue. Above the blue space, you’ll see there is an orange area – this area is prohibited, meaning that you can not park the vehicle here. In this instance, please stick to parking the vehicles outside of the branch, on the forecourt.
